• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping is available to the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
• We primarily ship via UPS with carbon-neutral shipping, and customers will receive a valid tracking number once the order is shipped.
• Most orders arrive within 7 business days, but shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier delays.
• If your order does not arrive within 7 business days, please contact us for assistance. However, Crooked Bend is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

d. Returns, Cancellations & Damaged Shipments

• Returns: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. If the package has not yet shipped, customers may contact customer service to request cancellation.
• Damaged Shipments: If a package arrives damaged, customers must take photos immediately and email them to our customer service team at contact@crooked-bend.com.

4. No Guarantee on Seed Growth

Due to various factors affecting germination (soil conditions, planting techniques, watering, pests, etc.), we do not guarantee seed growth. Some seeds may take 6 or more weeks to germinate. However, we can offer planting recommendations if customers provide details such as:

• Soil sample test results
• Photos of the planting area
• Sowing techniques and watering schedule
