Below are the details of our shipping process:

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a valid tracking number.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Most orders arrive within 3-4 business days, however some can take up to 7 business days.
  • Delayed Shipments: If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact our customer service department immediately via email or text message so we can assess the situation and determine the best course of action.
  • Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged shipment, please take photos of the damaged items right away and contact our customer service department via email or text message. Be sure to attach the photos to your email or text message so we can address the issue promptly.
