RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURNS

At Crooked Bend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return policy:

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: All returned items must be unopened and in their original condition.
  • Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged shipment, please take photos of the damaged items right away and contact our customer service department via email or text message. Be sure to attach the photos to your email or text message so we can address the issue promptly and make it right.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Return Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Before Shipment: If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email or text message as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it and avoid the return process.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.
